Party Photo is designed to give you full control over your shared photo albums. This policy outlines how we handle your data.

Data Collection

We collect only the data you explicitly provide when creating or joining a party: display names, photos, and optional captions. No personal identifiers, email addresses, or phone numbers are required.

Photo Storage

Uploaded photos are stored on secure cloud storage. Original images and thumbnails are retained until the party is deleted by the admin. When a party is deleted, all associated photos are permanently removed.

Session Data

We use signed cookies to maintain your party session. No account is required. Session data includes your party code, member ID, and display name. Cookies expire when you leave the party or close your browser.

Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics or tracking. Server logs are retained only for operational purposes and are not linked to individual users.

Your Rights

You can leave any party at any time, which removes your session. The party admin can delete individual photos or the entire party, removing all data.
